Terms of Service

By using Bridge PayDay Solution, Inc.’s website: bridgepayday.ph (“Website”), or our HRIS and Payroll application Payday Cloud (“Application”), or engage any of the services of Bridge PayDay Solutions (“Services”) through the Website or Application, you indicate your agreement to be bound, without restriction, by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, please do not use our Website, do not download our Application, and do not register an account with us. 

Please review this page regularly as this may change at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Website, Application, and/or Services, constitutes continued agreement to future revisions. 


The use and access to our Website and Application does not grant you rights to sell, offer for use, or own license to our software. The materials contained in this Website and our Application are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. 

Bridge PayDay Solutions, Inc. has the sole discretion to suspend or terminate the Services being provided to you, if you do not comply with the Terms and the Company’s policies. 

Conditions of Use

Your use of the Application for timekeeping, payroll, and human resource information services of the Application must only be used in conjunction with a Service Agreement with Bridge PayDay Solutions, Inc.  You may not use the Service and Application on a professional basis for anyone other than you within your capacity as an employee or service provider of a company who Bridge PayDay Solutions, Inc. has a service contract with. Your usage of the Application for the purposes mentioned above shall be governed by the Service Agreement your company has entered with Bridge PayDay Solutions, Inc.  

This Agreement is not intended to replace or modify those contained in your Service Agreement with Bridge PayDay Solutions, Inc., if any. In case of inconsistency, the terms and conditions of your written Services Agreement will prevail over those contained herein. 


Protecting the privacy of our clients and users of our Website and Application is important to Bridge PayDay Solutions, Inc. The Terms shall apply concurrently with the Data Privacy Statement found on our website.

Access To Secure Password-Protected Areas

Access to and use of password-protected subdomains hosting the Application, is restricted to authorized users only, specifically users granted access given Service Agreements of their companies with Bridge PayDay Solutions, Inc.  Unauthorized access to such areas is prohibited and may lead to criminal prosecution. 


Data transmitted to and from Bridge client Applications is encrypted for the user’s protection. However, the security of information transmitted through the Internet can never be guaranteed. Bridge PayDay Solutions, Inc. is not responsible for any interception or interruption of any communications through the Internet or for changes to or losses of data. User is responsible for maintaining the security of any password, user ID, or other form of authentication involved in obtaining access to password protected or secure areas of the Application. In order to protect you and your data, Bridge PayDay Solutions, Inc. may suspend your use of a client site, without notice, pending an investigation, if any breach of security is suspected. 

Use Of Information

By using our Website, our Application, and Services, you agree and consent that Bridge PayDay Solutions, Inc. may collect, use, retain, disclose, and process personal information provided by your companies under subscription to Bridge PayDay Solutions, Inc., and/or otherwise provided by you, for one or more of the purposes stated below: 

  • To investigate issues and/or resolve system or data-related issues  
  • To provide and improve Bridge PayDay Solutions, Inc.’s products and services, including payroll processing services 
  • To facilitate transactions with authorized third-party services  
  • To follow safety, security, public service or legal requirements and processes; and  
  • To process information for statistical, analytical, and research purposes.  

Responsibility For Information

You acknowledge that Bridge PayDay Solutions, Inc. has no obligation to monitor any Information appearing on the Application and Services. Bridge PayDay Solutions, Inc. is not responsible for the accuracy, completeness, appropriateness, or legality of any uploaded Files and the Information that you or your company provides. If your data is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can ask to have your information corrected or removed by contacting your human resources department who will forward the request to us or assist you in updating the information if self-service functionality is provided in the application. 

Links To Third Party Sites

The Website and Application may contain links that will let you access other Websites that are not under the control of Bridge PayDay Solutions, Inc. Bridge PayDay Solutions, Inc. assumes no responsibility or liability for any material that may accessed on other Websites reached through the Website or Application, nor does Bridge PayDay Solutions, Inc. make any representation regarding the quality of any product or service contained at any such site. 

Transmission Of Personal Data To And From Third Party Partners

In order to offer specific services on our Application, we may send and receive personal information to and from third party service providers, electronically via secure Application Programmable Interfaces (API).  By using our Application and by you or your company’s provision of your account information with these services, you consent to the sharing of selected personal information.  


The Company does not make warranties of any kind regarding the Website and Application and their contents, other than those made under Services Contract. The Company does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, timeliness, title, or fitness of a particular purpose of the Website and Application and their contents, and the Company hereby disclaims any such express or implied warranties.  

Limitation Of Liability

The use of the Website, Application and Services is at your sole risk. Under no circumstance shall Bridge PayDay Solutions, Inc. or any of its directors, officers, employees, or agents be held liable for any direct or indirect losses or damages arising out of, or in connection with, your use of or inability to use the Website, Application, and Services.   

Moreover, Bridge PayDay Solutions, Inc. shall not be responsible for your non-compliance with the Labor Code, rules, and regulations relating to employment, and other pertinent laws, rules, and regulations of the Philippines that you are required to comply with. 

This Limitation of Liability applies to all losses and damages of any kind whatsoever, whether direct or indirect, general, special, consequential, exemplary, incidental or otherwise, including, but not limited to, loss of profits, revenues, information, files, documents, or data. This Limitation of Liability applies whether the alleged liability is based on contract, negligence, tort, or any other basis and even if an authorized representative of Bridge PayDay Solutions, Inc. has been advised of or should have known the possibility of such damages. If any part of this Limitation of Liability is found to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the aggregate liability of Bridge PayDay Solutions, Inc. under such circumstances shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Application and Services.
