1. What is Bridge PayDay?
Bridge PayDay is the managed payroll solution of Bridge. It is the combination of powerful software with payroll experts, so clients ensure they get accurate, efficient, flexible, and secure payroll.

2. How are you different from other software providers or outsourced payroll providers?
We provide both HRIS + payroll software and payroll service in a bundled solution. This way, clients get the flexibility that most software providers cannot provide, and the efficiency that outsourced service-only cannot achieve:. Bridge PayDay clients also get immediate access to Bridge Access, a completely free benefits platform that provides users easy access to financial services, micropayments, and other benefits—without the additional administrative headache to HR.

3. What if I just want a payroll software?
Because we provide both software + service, we can definitely help you get started even if you only want a software solution. Contact us today to learn more.

4. What if I want to use my existing software and just want to outsource the payroll work to Bridge?
Not a problem! This is typically the case when a client is looking at a phased approach to migrating to our software solution. We just need your payroll instructions and timekeeping information to run payroll for you. We’ll also generate the statutory reports for government filing just the same. You still get Bridge Access too (see FAQ #2).  

5. No implementation fees, really?

We believe that clients should only pay for solutions that work for them. This is why we provide onboarding support at no cost at all, including two payroll test runs free of charge. No more crossing-fingers and worrying about spending before seeing payroll success.


6. I’m not sure my current payroll computation is compliant. Can Bridge help me?

Yes! We help clients determine their level of risk, find potential savings, and transition them to compliant payroll.


7. I have existing biometric devices. Can you use this for Bridge PayDay?

We can integrate with certain biometric devices provided these devices have the firmware compatible with our system. If not, we can refer you to proven biometrics providers should you wish to upgrade your system.


8. Is Bridge PayDay secure?

We take security seriously so we make sure that we cover these three areas: our people, our platform, and our facilities. Our payroll experts are CPP-certified; our platform is compliant with the Data Privacy Act, with ISO 27001 certification under way; and we operate in facilities with dedicated high-level security.

8. Is Bridge PayDay TRAIN-compliant?
Yes! Our combination of software and service ensures clients their payroll is always up-to-date with national and regional policy changes in payroll (such as TRAIN) and minimum wages—at no additional cost ever.
